Ran across this nickel while CRH. The entire reverse is full of parallel west-east die scratches. Maybe that's due to warping from a late die state or from a clash removal. It reminded me of FFD, and I know we are looking for 1960-1990 nickels with feeder finger scrapes.

On the field surface, it could be from the die polishing at the mint...

I want to point out that the reverse is deeply scratched, but the obverse is pretty clean. The Mint can match up different dies, of course.

I also found the deep scratches among the letters to be unusual. I don't think those correspond to typical clash features on a nickel.
