I believe this is very likely just Die Deterioration but it kind of looks like a trail die. This die was heavily polished especially on the reverse. I am just learning about trail dies. Thoughts please. Thanks for your input!

Looks like bad Die Deterioration to me. I can see die flow lines, which is typical of Die Deterioration.
