1942-D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM (I Believe) Reposted With Better MM

I think it is a 1MM-009, although when trying to compare it to the photos at coppercoins site, I cannot match the die markers. two of the images are scanned images of the coin. the close op of the mint mark is taken with a digital camera, through the lense of an inexpensive microscope, (at the suggestion of mr "rockdude". hopefull there is sufficient detail, for someone to help confirm. thanks Edited by dbrablec 06/29/2009 2:44 pm Report this Post to the Staff

I know that when I focus my microscope on the coin I do it without glass, big mistake. So I focus with the glasses on and I get a clearer shot. Do you wear any cheater lens. Please include larger images of the date (At least 500 Pixels) and a closer shot of the Mint Mark, please. Report this Post to the Staff
