Bahamas 1c With Rotated Die

I found a 1971 Bahamas 1c (circulation strike) which has about a 60 or 70 degree rotation. I looked at a LOT of other Bahamas 1 c coins and they all seemed to be perfectly aligned. Is this common? Ironically, I found it while going through a bunch of new stuff from the Bahamas and was going to replace that date that was in a 2X2 with a better one from my new lot. Wasn't looking at all, it just happened to be in a 2 X 2 making the rotation obvious.
