It looks like someone might have removed some dirt or "toning" above the cap. It is a worn area though, so it might be natural, although I have no clue as to how to tell. I'll post some bettter pics in the grading section when it arrives.

O-115, I think, called R.2 in Overton. When you get the coin in-hand, look for parallel die lines between the 1 and the bust, and at the left end of the bust. I think I can already see the latter set of lines in these pics.
