If your intention is to preserve the BU coins in their current condition (i.e. not allow toning), then air is your enemy. Over time (and this varies air quality, moisture, etc.) all silver will tarnish/tone. Even coins in presumably air-tight slabs have toned.
I would offer a couple of alternatives to slow the process: Intercept shield holders or Air-tites. 2x2's (cardboard squares) or mylar flips are fine for circulated common pieces. The one thing you must avoid is PVC. It is not used today in coin flips, but it was in the past and some may still be around. PVC was a plasticizer added to soften the plastic and is real nasty on silver. Many coins have been permanently damaged by these holders.
