Ok I have no picture taking skills so its hard to see what I see. It doesn't much matter if this is something legit or just a post mint damage. so here goes. check out the ear on this 2006. looks like a ding in the pictures to me but it hand it looks like a doubled ear lobe but not like the 2006P-1DO-018. the ear lobe seems to drop lower than on the regular 2006. anyway opinions welcome.

On thing to determine if it is doubled die or just a ding is to consider the overall size of the ear itself. If it is the same size as a normal one, what is doubled? In order to be a doubled die the die image must be larger than a normal one.
