This is one of a few 1970 S I have had for a few months from the bank rolls. It has some very definate doub-ing! Any words from the pro's? Oh yeah, found the camera I've been looking for today! Will get more, higher quality photo's soon!

Looks like the big one for that year. Very nice find. Coppercoins might be interested in looking at this one for his site. No image yet.

Way to go Joe! It is definitely the 1970-S "Large Date" Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Variety FS# 1c-029 ! I compared your's to the pics in the CherryPicker's Guide and they match. What grade is your' coin? Besides the 1969-S "DDO-001" Cent, the 1970-S "DDO-001" Cent is one of the rarest of all Lincoln Cent Doubled Dies. I doubt that the values shown on Copper Coins are truly respresentative of the price that the coin would really bring at auction! This is one coin that you really need to have certified, graded and attributed by PCGS if possible. If for some reason (due to damage or cleaning) it would not grade at PCGS or NGC, then you need to go with ANACS. I can't wait to see pics of the full Obverse and Reverse!
