Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 04/22/2006 02:50 am Hi Amac44 Nickels do not have a copper core but are a mixed metal coin , of copper and nickel. I was going to ask if the areas were raised or incused on the coin , if I'm reading your post right they are incused ? Did the nickel come out of circulation or from a mint, bank roll ? morganman Valued Member United States 397 Posts	Posted 04/22/2006 08:20 am I am thinking it is just circulation damage, especially looking at the rim damage also, but the pictures you are posting are no where near large enough to make a good judgement. Margaret Valued Member United States 194 Posts	Posted 04/25/2006 11:28 am Amac I thinkt he reason the Nickel pix won't show up is because you are using the # sign. I tried this once and Bobby (forum dad) told me that was a no no. He fixed mine for me but I'm not sure how (magic maybe) Try renaming the photo's without the # sign and see if that helps.
