Has anyone submitted coins graded PF70 by ANACS to NGC/PCGS for a crossover?

If so, how did it go?

I sent one 1995 Silver Proof Kennedy ANACS Graded PF70 to PCGS...came back a 70! I was surprised because a local dealer told me that he has had some really bad luck getting ANACS graded coins regraded by PCGS. He said that out of about 40 he has sent in over the past year only 20% came back the same grade...none of them received a higher grade. He thinks that PCGS will never grade a coin higher than ANACS and claims it is better to break the coin out of the ANACS holder before sending it in to PCGS...I would hope that their grading would be more objective. It will be interesting to see what others have experienced.
