In general what information would/do you take with you when shopping for coins at shops or shows?

I would make a list of what I am looking for and research the prices so I have an idea of what is a good price before I go. Also take a loupe with you.

I wear cargo shorts and put my RedBook in the pocket. Its not the most accurate price guide but it gets me close enough for whatever I'm buying.
