We all have those places that we just toss our pocket change when it bogs down the pockets. I myself have a 5 gallon water jug and miscellaneous door pockets (in the car)
Today I was searching through some of it.
I found these.
Not to uncommon, but shiny none the less, I thought I would share.
Being a rookie collector, it's nice to have someone to share with.
(my wife sometimes just doesn't understand)

and my kids still don't understand why I would pay $5 for a Lincoln Cent.

Hahaha.

Similar boat over hear. My wife humors me but could care less about coins. None of my friends here collect coins, so often I am stuck with no outlet when I stumble across something exiting. When you get zoned in and accustomed to going through rolls you develop an eye for what to look for. Believe me when I say it gets easier and you WILL find goodies from circulation if you are patient.

Nice finds, and welcome to the hobby.

Looks like you got a start on your memorials.
