Could this be the "Older", sister England in the center? Younger sister Ireland one the left with the harp? Younger sister Scotland sitting on the right? Could this be a political statement on this medal?

G'day, beautiful pieces.
on the obverse of the three ladies medallion, not the floral arrangement on he left: rose; thistle; shamrocks; and what might be a daffodil.
I can't make out the text of the opened book on the right.
The names on the reverse would be interesting to research.

The names on the reverse are all pretty famous, Michealangelo (M. Angelo), Turner, Cellini, Raphael, Vandyke, Murillo, Rubens and Flaxman.
