has anyone seen one of these? I'm hoping to get a look at one or at least a pic.

Since they are a means of commerce and supposedly redeemable for U.S. of America cash money will they become numismatic collectibles?

Rest in Peace

... not exactly...

Most are buying 82c to 95c on the dollar. Plus, it will give a 3.75% return when it matures in October. However, if the state of CA goes bankrupt, you will get nothing back.

My parents will most likely get one, since we still haven't got our state tax refund back. I'll get a scan up when I get it.
