I found these two coins in my dads coin collaction and was woubdering who minted these type of coins and if they ever were incirculation?

How small are they?

If they are a different size than regular cent and quarter, they are not real coins and were never in circulation.

Pics of both sides would help but if those two are identical in size, then they are almost certainly play money.
