If you really want to remove the toning then "E Z est Speed Dip" will do it in 5 seconds,, please rinse for a couple of minutes in running water and blot dry "DO NOT RUB". I personally have coins that are nicely toned and quite pretty and I have had coins that were toned and looked really badly discolored that I cleaned. With me its really a coin by coin decision.A purest would probably never clean a coin but if done correctly you can return the coin to near what it was when it was minted.
