Your coin is an example of an 1859 over 1858 cent.
The Royal Mint used twelve different 1858 dated reverse dies, each manually over-punched with the wider 9, to mint a small portion of the 1859 mintage. As a result, there are actually twelve different and distinct 1859 over 1858 reverses, commonly lumped together and called "wide 9 over 8" cents due to the same wide 9 punch used to obscure the 8.
From your photos I'd would say that yours is one of the more common of the twelve dies, although all twelve are at least moderately scarce. If I have judged correctly from your photos, your coin should have a heavily doubled O in ONE and the 9 should look like this:
