At its peak production, the mine employed about 150 men. But it is now a ghost town and just about nothing remains.
In the early days of Carbon County many of the merchants, bar owners and coal camp stores used tokens for their customers to make their purchases.believed that many of these tokens are hidden away in trunks and treasure chests of the descendants of the early settlers.
