Do you like the plastic rolls or paper? I don't like the plastic rolls verymuch. I'm talking about the shrink plastic rolls not the hard rolls. The coins seem in worst shape.

I like paper myself, it seems that all I can get here are plastic Brinks rolls.

I'm not fond of the plastic either. Give me paper each and every time.
The shrink-wrapped rolled coins are being handled by more than just the original roller...which means that more eyes are viewing the coins.
Just my humble opinion of course...

I prefer the paper as well, it allows me to pull coins out and still close the roll where the shrink wrap does not allow that.

I like paper for the UNC rolls that I save. I like plastic for the circ rolls I search (cents and nickels) because it is easier to remove the coins.

I agree with scotty. More people have seen the coins when they are put in plastic. With paper rolls there is a better chance of finding something worthwhile.

I agree with Coin Guy. The plastic rolls take the fun and surprise out of hunting. Just my opinion but I prefer paper.

I like plastic because they don't break as easily. I reuse them, too :D

Seeing the coins thru the plastic doesn't matter with cents or nickels. I can understand how it makes a difference on clad coins if you only search for silver. If you search for errors or varieties then in most cases seeing the edge of the coin doesn't mean anything.

I like paper myself. It's easier to open, and it keeps its secrets until you open it.

I open 10 of the 2009-p FY and didn't get nothing and they was in plastic, then open one roll paper and for 6 error coins. WHY? I don't understand. And I ask some pepole that selling boxes and some have brown rolls not the white rolls. I heard one time before that the only time banks use the brown is when they run out of the white. Is this true or is it horse poo?
