The rim of the coin gets bigger and than on the other side there is probably any?

Cannot really see much in the smallish pic but your description sounds like a misaligned die, quite common and not worth anything unless a portion of the design is missing. A MAD is differentiated from an off center strike by the fact that the reverse will be perfectly centered on a MAD while an off center strike will be off center equally on both sides.

Not a real extra value for them unless the devices (Letters/Numbers) fall over the rim.

Gforce: Notice that the reverse is in exact alignment, Obverse is not as it is adjustable and sometimes they aren't exact but the still crank out coins anyway. The exception to the rule would be the coin above or an off center where both are out of alignment.
