I checked my book under Swiss because of the shape of the shield but no. Maybe SAP can help you with this.

It's a Conder token. I don't have mt references with me at the moment, but the obverse is Sr Bevois and the reverse is a shield.

Edit for spelling.

This is an Evasion Halfpenny from the 1790s. The lettering on the right of the obverse should be "Southampton"
The reverse is also common on the "George Rules" series of tokens. An Irish harp surmounted by a crown with the words "North Wales" around the border.
