The top one is from the Jia Qing Emperor, who reigned from 1796 to 1820. The mintmark on the reverse is Board of Revenue mint, Beijing.
The bottom one is from his father, the Qian Long emperor, who reigned a very long time (from 1735 to 1796). This one has the Board of Works mintmark (also in Beijing).
Both coins appear genuine to me. As these were minted in huge quantities, they are very common and cheap. Both appear authentic to me.
