Request please ID for this coin, I think it's France but am wondering why my other coins have "Francaise" and this one only Helvetia? Advance thanks!

"Helvetia" is the old Latin name for Switzerland.

They use Latin because Switzerland has four official languages, and they can't cram them all onto something as tiny as a coin.

Also, that year is cupro-nickel, with face value equivalent to € 1,30.

For some reason they have enough space on the "small" (rappen/centime) coins for the full Latin version of the country name - Confœderatio Helvetica. The little "B" refers to the mint in Bern, but some of the pieces in that year, also with the B, were made by The Royal Mint in the UK. Your type was made between 1968 and 1981, but today's 1 Fr coins have basically the same look ...
