I have some coins and am trying to work out if they are from different countries and what countries used these coins?

Group one
1. DUTCH EAST INDIA CO (Indonesia, India, Ceylon, Malacca?) 1755, 1790
2. NEDER INDIE 1c 1850,
3. NEDERLAND INDIE 1897, 1945

Group two
4. INDIA STRAITS 1862 (with Queen Victoria)
5. STRAITS SETTLEMENT 1876,1920 (with Queen Victoria)

All your Group 1 countries are Netherlands East Indies, or effectively what is now Indonesia. VOC coins are generally considered part of the Netherlands East Indies series. There are some scarce VOC coins from Ceylon, from the period 1783-1795.

Group 2 are Straits Settlements - the forerunner to what we know as Malaysia and Singapore today. "India Straits" was when the colonies were ruled as part of India, Straits Settlements as a separate colony. East India COmpany coins denominated in "cents" also fit into this category.

If you're trying to find them in the 4th ed. of the 19th century Krause, your job isn't made easier by the fact that all the Netherlands East Indies coinage (and coinage from local sultanates, like Acheh) from 1806 to 1850 seems to have vanished into a black hole - it's just gone!
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Thanks for the information,
The Krause I use for the 1800s coins is the 1988 edition that gives coverage from 1806 to 1987. I also have a 2003 edition for the 1900's.

Under Indonesia, Kingdom of Netherlans, There are 1c coins with the familiar mint marks of 1945D(Denver), 1942P & 1945P(Philadelphia, and 1945S(San Francisco).
