Well, the condition's not too great, but despite it's appearance, it is made of silver (.500 fine, .0289 ounces ASW) giving a bullion value of 40¢ at current prices. That's your minimum, but with the strange funky colours this one's picked up, I doubt it'd fetch more than a dollar.
