As the title of the post implies I have a question about what this mark is. I have found several bills that have these marks in different corners. The example shown was in the lower left corner if looking at the back. I think they have something to do with where the sheets need to be cut, but really I have no idea. If someone could help me out and tell me if this adds any value that would be great. Thanks.

Yep, it's a guideline for cutting.

Kind of what I figured. So does anyone know if it adds a premium to the bills?

You might be able to sell with a little premium to someone collecting error notes.
