After a year of R&D we are almost ready to market.

We developed this album for those who wish to display graded coins in a protective secure manner. This page is mahogany with multiple coats of acrylic lacquer for sealing and protection. Any graded coin or raw coin in a snap together holder can be displayed. All years and mint marks can be laser engraved as shown for and series or registry set.

We will marketing a version in black plastic soon.

Comments would be appreciated

Looks pretty nice, are these pages that go into a binder? a book on its own? How much does it cost? More pics!

Cool, probably outside my price range, but it looks sharp.

WOW looks great!
That is something I would certainly be looking for. I am currently working on a all certified coin type set. That wooden page would be great. I have the same Q as Myst. Do these pages fit into a binder of sorts. are you working on that as well?

Any idea of the price range you are looking at? for say a 7070 set?

It's a beautiful idea, but I think at 3 years/page and given the thickness of slabs it would have to go in a fitted box, not a binder. Maybe a really short series like SBA could work though.

Thanks all for your positive feedback. craig the total thickness of album is >3/4 inch per page. 9 coins per page a 54 coin series would be 4 1/4 inches thick and 9 1/4 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches high. The size of a dictionary the would store on a book shelf.

Cownas22 and Myst A 70 coin set would require eight pages with the 9 coin album page. I would like to get $32 per page. Solid Mahogany and laser engraved to your series dates. The black acrilic will be less.

WEB SITE still under construction truecollector70.com

Certainly something I will look into for my 7070. With a set like that, that display would just set it off!

Looks really nice but could end up taking up to much room for someone that has a large quantity of slabs. Also, with the economy the way it is and crime on the ever increase, showing off anything of monitary value is becoming a not to smart thing to do.
Great for a small amount of slabs though and if not concerned of security around the home.
There doesn't appear to be any method of putting those in a binder of any kind. Of course something that thick would make that rather a problem but that might be a consideration. At $32 a page that too could end up becoming rather an expensive situation if numerous pages are required. But then too, for coins worth many hundreds to possibly thousands, that would be of little concern.
It will be interesting to see how this goes over so keep us all informed as to the outcome.

Thanks Carl well thorough out response.

Security is always an issue and with valuable idems.
Serialized coins recorded in Registry Sets on the TPG web sites is a positive step. For insurance purposes it is a verified inventory for holder-ed coins and there value.

The plastic album pages will be 109.25 square inches for 18 coin holders (2 pages.) The PSGC type boxes are 82 square inches holding 20 holders. The albums will be a little larger but not much.
