would this be a VAM 33 the mint mark s is not like the VAM 33 but all other things are. so can I mark it VAM 33 also there is the spike above the eye lid just cant see it good in picture.

Kevin,

From what I can see, it appears to be a VAM 33. The mintmark is close enough. To confirm a VAM 33 look for the die chips on the eagle's right wing (your left). If they are there, it's a 33. If not you'll need to keep searching.
