I'd say normal ware and no problems
VG-8 all day, maybe VG-10 on a good day.
I think it was an excellent pickup

The coin definitely has strike issues imho. Techinical grade based on wear I would say is more like F-VF, based on areas with stronger detail( right wing of eagle). However, I would only pay VG-8 money for it due to the strike.
