He be my opinion and its only an opinion based on the pictures. With coin in hand it may be different. I Sure do wish I had this coin in hand.
Obv
Strike is slightly off center which is fairly common. Check the coin edge on to make sure there is even thickness. The placement and thickness of the 7 is indicative of an RPD.
The Gunk in the fields of the shield are a little worrying there is also slight pitting in the are above the motto between the E and T there is definite wear on the arrow heads and shafts but there is still separation between the shafts and the heads so I would definitely put this in the EF range. All the vertical shield lines are separated and the horizontal ones to even though the is some flattening. The veins on the bottom leaves are complete with partial veins on the middle leaves. The two small nicks above the D and W are a little distracting but that's probably highlighted by the lighting.
Rev
A few more nicks and dings than the Obv the serif is missing on the d and the die crack running through TED to the rim also leads weight to the belief that this is one of the RPD varieties. Retooling on the F is also visible. Nice die crack through the O to the wreath/the ribbon is lacking the detail needed to get it to the EF range and the tips of the leaves adjacent to the 2 are almost worn away. Again there is evidence of pitting above the ST.
Overall I would give it an EF40 if the Rev were a bit better I would go 45.
67s are not easy to find with a full we and this is one coin I would love to add to my stash.
Hope this helps some
