1895 Indian Head Error-New Pics

I was going through my Indian cents looking for errors and found one 1895 with the tail of the 9 closed completely making the 9 look like a funny 8. Is this an error and does it add value to the coin?

can ya take a pic or a scan the Red Book doesn't say anything about it but ......

there is a similar variety in the cnadian 1859 penny. but yours, maybe I die chip or die fault.
