It would be better if you could post these coins individually and with larger photos. We have some Bust Half experts on the forum who can probably determine the exact Overton die variety for each if they have better images to examine.

Offhand, I don't see any obvious signs that these are fake. You can check the edges; the 1837 should have a reeded edge while the other dates have lettered edges reading "FIFTY CENTS OR HALF A DOLLAR" (some coins will show variations in the lettering). Counterfeits may not have the correct edges or they may have a raised edge seam if they are cast fakes.

The 1834 has those unfortunate scratches and both the 1834 and 1835 look unnaturally bright. They have probably been cleaned. The 1829 and 1837 look more original. The 1837 is the most heavily worn example I've seen. I'd grade it as AG-3.
Rest in Peace

Nice coins. Unfortunate about the graffiti.

You need to match the fronts with the backs, I am suspect of two of them at first glance. Waiting for matchups and better pics if possible

They all looks legit to me also. Too bad the 1834 has those marks on the obverse that would have graded around VF-30.
