1921 Peace "Floating Spike" And "Doubled Eyed Eagle"?

Hello, here is something interesting I found on my 1921 Peace dollar. This beauty has a "Floating"Spike on the tiara, its the 3rd spike before the "E" in "LIBERTY". Then on the Rev. the eagle has a Doubled Eye and there is another (I dont know how to explain it) frown, crease or a doubled upper beak. (The pics speak for themselves). Does anyone know if this might be a rare VAM? I looked in VAMWORLD and did not find anything assigned for this year.
