What is the difference between a flip strike and a die clash?

It could be a die clash, If you look below the 1 cent you will see the top part of the Queens crown and above and to the right of the date 2000 you will see more of the obverse. On the obverse side it's hard to see in scan there is part of the date 2000 on the Queens neck and a couple of 0's in front of her neck there are leaf parts behind & in front of the Queens head.
