OK, I think I've found this one. Honorius, reverse type VIRTVS EXERCITI, emperor standing with Victory crowning him with a wreath. The only letter in the mintmark I can read is "M", which doesn't help much, but here's a similar example from Kyzicus mint.
Rotate the bottom pic 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it "right way up".
