This 1825 CBH is die marriage/variety O-111 (R-3), (I think!)

I'm going to say VF due to OBVERSE: VF=30 lack of detail in the stars, wear on the breast, general wear in the hair.
REVERSE: VF-30 edges of wings are clearly flat. horizonta lines in shield are seperated, deffinate wear on head neack and talons.
