hello everyone, can someone point out what these are on each coin? the first is an 84p and the second is a 94p. thanks for your input!

On the first coin, there are numerous die polishing lines. It is probable that the die abrasion effected the lower portions of the letters in question. If the metal was moved during the act of abrading the dies, those parts of the letters would likely appear different.

On the second coin, I can't tell.
