Beautiful coin, that's about the right price for an MS-63. I'd say this coin is at least that.

I disagree.
The book vs reality on higher Flying eagles is a little screwball lately.

Getting into the 600.00 range will buy a very nice piece. I have been actively following them in AU-MS63 for a few months now with some degree of scrutiny.
Certainly a nice coin, this isn't being debated. But just MY opinion, to many distractions for such a price tag given what is out there.

Yeah, I'm not quite sure it is worth that much either. The upper field has some distracting hits and the quality of the luster is unclear. For that price, I'd want to be sure the luster has an unbroken solid cartwheel effect, natural color and surfaces, and very few hits. Based on the pics, it looks like potentially a nice coin, but I'm not confident. I'm not sure it would make 63. Is it graded?

Here is mine that was in a PCGS AU-55 holder. Final Cost was $250.

Yeah, I don't really think much of GSC's auctions.

No worries Joe, They are referencing the seller.

Since many of us in the hobby are always on the lookout for coins, we overlap in our hunts most times when it comes to particular coins that pop up on the radar for sale.

For instance without any other information except the picture there are those of us that ALREADY know where and who has this particular coin for sale...since we stumbled onto it already a few days ago while doing our ritual lap through the various venues.

"GSC" is slang for Great Southern Coin. A company based out of Texas that sells on ebay.
