What was the last year when circulating (non-proof) UK coins still had silver content? and what Au percentage please? thanks

British circulation silver disappeared after WWII; 1946 was the last date struck with silver (.500 fine). The coins were sterling (.925 fine standard) before 1920.

There's no gold in tham thar coins. I was assuming you meant "silver" not "gold". AV or Au are symbols for gold; AR or Ag are symbols for silver.
