Hello, this $1 bill stood out from the rest. At first I thought it was fake, but then after looking at it with my loop It looks like there is too much ink on it that it developed some veins.
Has anyone seen a note like this?
Does this make this note a keeper?
Is it rare?
I would appreciate your comments.

At the least, it looks like it could be an overinked plate to me. Someone at quality control must have been asleep at the switch that day.

At most, it could be an experimental type of paper that fails miserably.

I'd keep it...it's only a buck.

I've found a few like this myself. I keep them if they are in really good shape otherwise I get rid of them.
