I bought this today at the Coin Show, and was happy with my purchase. The Overdate is strong, as you can see the 1 in between the knob of the 2 and the point of the 2, and there is a die crack through the 1. I will get scanner pictures soon. But for now, here is an original EF-AUish Trime.

Thanks.

There were lots of interesting coins at the show. I saw numerous Bust Dollars, 9 S VDBs, and a dealer who had 3 1875 CC 20 Cent Pieces. There was lots of cool stuff there.

Looks pretty good for a lightly-circulated Trime. There are a few hairline scratches on the obverse, but nothing too obvious. Typical clash marks are visible between the III digits on the reverse.

Is there some damage at N in UNITED? The letter looks sort of deformed, but it could just be the picture.

Any chance you can post a sharper, enlarged photo of the date? I'd like to get a better look at the overdate features.

Congrats on the new purchase!
Rest in Peace

nice date.

there is a nice reverse die clash, but the reverse looks a little rough.

Still a nice coin.

Yes, it is just the picture. I'll get some scanner pictures very soon. I'm going to set up my dad's scanner in my room within a few days so I can get better pictures of my coins.

Yes, there is strong die clashing between the Roman Numerals. There also seems to be a tiny bit of wear on the Bundle of Arrows. A patch of toning at the bottom of the reverse. My Assumption for grade would be AU-50.

More pictures will come soon.
