I am going to say XF-40. I am no good at overton numbers though. Nice coin.

Hi Busthalf,
This is a very nice coin. It looks like a strong EF-40 in terms of wear, maybe even EF-45 if there is a bit of luster remaining in the protected areas. The rims look poorly formed with weak and missing denticles but that could be from strike or from die wear, so I presume it is not a "problem".

I've looked through Overton (2nd edition) and your coin appears to be a "small date, small letters" type. Within this type there are 13 different Overton varieties, numbers 109 through 121. I think you have O-112, characterized by star 7 which has very slender points compared to the other stars. Miss Liberty's mouth is open and the upper lip has a sharp curl. On the reverse, E of E PLURIBUS is positioned below the right edge of D of UNITED. If O-112 is correct, congratulations! This is an R-5 rarity coin, much more scarce than the common types. It would presumably be worth a premium to bust half specialists.

I would say this is EF-45, I agree that it does appear to be O-112. The rarity has dropped a bit to R-3 (fourth edition). Very nice coin.
