The PCGS grading guide says that on F-12/F-15 coins the shield lines will "mainly be gone, but a few may still show". Your coin is better than this description, so I think it would make VF-20. The reverse encrustations hopefully are not corrosion. Overall the coin has a nice original look.
Rest in Peace

Yeah, I was thinking F-15 to VF-20.

This coin would only make F-12 grade for me. Particularly due to the flatness of the stars on reverse and the amount of horizontal lines still visible on obv.

I'm going to say F-15.

I'm in the F15 camp. Not quite enough detail remaining for me to go VF.
