I recently found a 1939 French Indochina 10 cents. I'm not very familiar with coins, but I tried do some research. My coin has an Indian with helmet on one side and wheat/corn on other. From the research, I gathered that the metal the coin is made out of makes a difference as to its value. Can anyone tell me how to tell what metal my coin may be made out of/its possible value?

For 1939 10c, there is a nickel version and a copper-nickel version.
It's easy to tell using a magnet, which will only stick to the nickel version.
Nickel is $1.00 in VF, and copper-nickel is $100 in VF, according to Krause catalog.
