Judging from the lack of wear on the obverse headress and on the reverse's eagle feathers, I'd go with MS-61. It's tough to tell about the coin's luster or if the background scratches are really a factor in grading from the photos. Report this Post to the Staff

Tough to grade, and remaining luster would play a factor depending on how much of it there is. I don't see any in the photos, and it may have been cleaned. I'll hazard AU-58 details.
