well what do you think of the grades, and do you think that the 1867 has the chance of being graded at RB?

I would grade both in the range of AU-50.

pictures are too small and not detailed enough to determine accurate grades but neither coin appears uncirculated so no RB

Why can it not have RB in an AU coin?

Red
Term used for a copper coin that still retains 95 percent or more of its original mint bloom or color. PCGS allows only slight mellowing of color for this designation (RD).
Red-Brown
A copper coin that has from 5 to 95 percent of its original mint color remaining (RB).
AU-50 (About Uncirculated) - Sharp legends and devices show only a trace of wear on the highest points. There must be some remaining mint luster.

So yes an AU coin can be RB but luster and color are not the same thing. A coin can have full mint luster and yet be brown. Generally B abd RB designations are reserved for MS coins.
