Here I looked on my Mexican coins and find 2 strange:
1-1 centavo 1924 (but looks like overdate 1924/3 I'm not sure-I see description in the Krause catalog, but never fund any picture if this overdate).
Another coin is 5 centavos 1903 with some damage, but may be this coin countermarked on obverse?

I think your coin shows the markers for the 1924/3 1 Centavo.

Armando,
In my 2008 Krause Catalog, the 1924/3 centavo is valued at $65 in Fine, $170 in VF, and $285 in XF. This is quite a bit higher than the 1927/6, which probably means it's scarcer.

How can I know if my coin is F or VF, the coin of Russia1981 is F?

I'm not the best at grading these, but my guess for the coin above would be F12-F15.
