These were also in with the off-centers from Israel.

I'm struggling with the dates, though.

Not sure what to think of these "double rimmed" coins. My first thought was Die Deterioration until I found it on the obverse and reverse across multiple denominations.

Normal coins on the left for comparison. Thoughts?

Very nice! That first one caused quite the furor with Palestinians when it was released. They did not like the Mennorah at all!

No Israel pros?

No thoughts?

I'm just baffled to see the effect across several denominations. The devices merge with the extra "rim" and seem to continue on top of it. The extra "rim" seems too well defined to be Die Deterioration, especially to be on both sides. I wonder if this could have happened in the hubbing process.

What happens when hubbing improperly annealed dies?

While I don't know these coins, that raised line appears to interfere with the legends, suggesting to me it's damage/wear to the die.

That consistent, almost identical, both obverse and reverse, across several denominations?

not a pro but I think the dates are the following (with caveats)
10 Agorot: left 1988, right 1985
1 Agorot: left 1986 or 1987 (not quite clear enough), right 1985 maybe, again, just a little unclear
5 Agorot: left and right look to be the same date 1995 or 1998.
Numbers can be slightly stylistic on the Israeli coins.

I have no idea about the double rimming. not a single Israel coin I have, has this 'feature'.

I would be interested in learning more about amida's comment on the menorah. This was not the first time the menorah appeared on Israel's coins. It appears on quite a few coins.
