I'm just wondering what you guys think about it. I have a couple of MS65's that two have really unattractive (and therefore almost certainly natural) coins. Does conservation by, say, NCG's conservation service cause coins to be undergraded or not graded at all?

Absolutely not, if you look on this forum this question has been answered before but I will give you my answer here, I have used their conservation service and was well pleased with the outcome. They will ship it streight to NGC for grading after conservation if you want them to and they will grade it for you (will not be body bagged because of conversation)
