Are there any PCGS site subscribers who know how to find out WHEN an coin was graded?

If so could I trouble you to check out 21710158 and 9134828?

That capability is only available to the individual who submitted the coin for grading. Even on "shared orders" (those the submitter wants to open to everyone) it is catalogued by order number and not searchable via the Certificate number. Order numbers may have a single coin or 25+.

I checked some of the shared orders and the certificate numbers bounce all over the map. I did find some 21,71x,xxx numbers issued around Sep 04. No luck finding anything close to the 9xxxxxx number
